2. Take time to review the menus and service information.
Make a list of any questions you may have for us about your luncheon,
charity event, or other special occasion you have in mind.
3. Call our catering sales office for an initial
meeting with our Catering & Event Manager. Our Manager will
have helpful suggestions, useful information and creative ideas
for your catered event.
4. Once you have made your selections, it's time
to secure your date. A signed contract will ensure that important
details are not overlooked.
5. We will coordinate or assist with special event
design, flowers, music, liquor, and all rentals, including tenting.
A site inspection may be required to ensure that all service needs
will be met.
6. Your Catering & Event Manager will work
closely with you throughout every stage of the planning process
for your special catered occasion. Our experienced catering professionals
and our attention to detail allow you to relax and enjoy your event.
