This site was started in 1999. I started it as a hobby to learn how to program websites on the internet. I have kept it running because many people have emailed me saying that this is a wonderful site and it makes it easier for reading news related to Afghanistan in one central location. It does not cost that much to run this site. All I pay for is hosting. That is all! The site does not make any money. All the coding and programming is done personally and it has become a learning experience
